2. Order Confirmation & Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive:

  • Order Confirmation (Email/SMS/WhatsApp)

  • Shipping Confirmation once the order is dispatched

An order is considered accepted only after the Shipping Confirmation has been sent.

3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

If a product is:

  • Out of stock

  • Delayed due to production issues

  • Unavailable for any reason

Threadmonk reserves the right to:

  • Offer a substitute product of equal value, or

  • Refund the full amount paid

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are inclusive of GST and applicable taxes.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • In case of pricing errors (technical or human), Threadmonk reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount.

  • We are not obligated to provide products at incorrect prices.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are in “Processing” or “Shipped” status.

  • Once cancelled, orders cannot be reinstated.

  • A new order must be placed.

6. Delivery Policy

Orders will be delivered:

  • By the estimated delivery date mentioned in Shipping Confirmation, or

  • Within a maximum of 30 days from Order Confirmation

Delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner issues

  • Natural calamities

  • Remote locations

  • Unforeseen circumstances

Delivery is considered complete once the product is received by you or an authorized person.

7. Refusal of Orders

Threadmonk reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Pricing errors

  • Stock unavailability

  • Technical issues

  • Extraordinary circumstances

We also reserve the right to modify or remove website content at any time without notice.

  • Designs

  • Branding

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
